Eligibility:

  1. The platform are not available to minors (person under the age of 18 years).
  2. User shall not have more then 1 active account on the platform.

Tudo Services:

  1. The users to connect with merchants  and delivery partners to view and purchase products listed on the platform.
  2. Users product packages picked up and dropped up form 1 location to other through delivery partners

Selling :

  1. As a registered seller, you are allowed to list items for sale on the app . Accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the items you list for sale on our App.
  2. Listings may only include text descriptions and pictures that describe your item for sale. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the App . All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfilment of sales.
  3. The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual condition of the product.
  4. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer.
  5. Tudo reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.

Cancel and Return policy :

Cancel policy:

  1. You can Cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.
  2. You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is dispatched from the seller.

Return policy:

  1. Customers can initiate retune through app.
  2. Customers can return the product within 30 days from Order Delivery.

Products that cannot be returned:

  1. The product that is in used condition or opened.
  2. Products marked as Non – returnable.
  3. All temperature controlled products like injectors,  insulin, Temperature controlled eye drops, Chocolates etc.
