1. Information you give us :

In order to provide our services we collect the following type of information from you Your name,  gender, email, address,  mobile or telephone number , date of birth,  contact details,  reviews,  rating, order details and history,  pictures of items order and all chat history ect.

2. Automatic information :

Whenever you access our platform . We use cookies (a small file containing a string of characters that uniquely identifies your browser) the information such as your web request,  internet protocol address,  browser type, browser language,  the date and time of your request.

Cancel and Return Policy

Cancel policy:

  1. You can Cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.
  2. You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is dispatched from the seller.  In case you are unable to cancel an order from app.

Return policy:

  1. Customers can initiate return through app.
  2. Customers can return the product within 1 day from Order Delivery

Products that cannot be returned:

  1. The product that is in used condition or opened.
  2. Products marked as Non – returnable.
  3. All temperature controlled products like injectors,  insulin, Temperature controlled eye drops, Chocolates ect.
